How do you ship and how long does it take?
We currently use UPS and you can choose how quickly you want your gift delivered. You are also able to track your gift in transit using our special locator program.

What happens if a product is delivered damaged?
Notify us immediately and keep all items and packaging as these may be requested by the carrier. Upon notification, we will do whatever is necessary to replace the damaged items to your satisfaction.
